INDIGENOUS COMMITMENTS
Positive and sustained relationships are essential to ensure successful project outcomes. AAA Precision Industries is committed to work with local Indigenous communities at the onset of any project. Our goal is to have open, positive, long-term and sustainable relationships with Indigenous communities.
We will continue to seek and foster successful working relationships with Indigenous communities by way of maximization of socio-economic opportunities.
Our Indigenous Engagement strategy is meaningful and based on mutual trust, integrity and communication. A core part of this strategy is to have corporate values and policies committed to open, positive, long-term and sustainable relationships with Indigenous communities where we do business.
We will strive to create opportunities for Indigenous businesses and communities to benefit from our projects and operations, including through employment, training, and business partnerships.
We will work to increase the representation of Indigenous peoples in our workforce and supplier base, and will actively seek out opportunities for capacity building and training for Indigenous peoples.
We believe that this Indigenous policy reflects our commitment to respecting and supporting the rights and interests of Indigenous peoples, and to building positive relationships with the communities where we work. We recognize that reconciliation is a journey, and we are committed to playing our part in advancing this important process.
